3.3 Single Account. Only one account is permitted per individual, per household address, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Where 786up determines that a single individual or household controls multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and all balances and winnings held pending review.
3.4 Accuracy of Information. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
Age Verification: 786up actively enforces the 21+ age requirement. If verification documents submitted during KYC reveal that the account holder is under 21, the account will be closed immediately. Any real-money deposits made by a verified underage user will be returned; however, any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited.

This number is used for OTP-based two-factor authentication and for account recovery. 786up cannot be held responsible for your inability to access your account resulting from an inactive or inaccessible registered mobile number.
4.5 786up reserves the right to refuse account registration at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe the applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3 of these Terms.
5.1 786up is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures on all accounts. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed and may be requested at any time at 786up's discretion.
5.2 For the purpose of KYC, 786up may require you to submit valid photographic identification (such as a Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
5.3 Until KYC verification is successfully completed, 786up may place a hold on withdrawal requests. Deposits may continue to be accepted and gameplay may continue, subject to applicable limits, but no withdrawal will be processed for an unverified account.
5.4 Submitting fraudulent, forged, or altered identity documents to 786up constitutes a serious breach of these Terms, may constitute a criminal offence, and will result in immediate and permanent account closure with forfeiture of all balances.
6.1 786up accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except USDT TRC20 deposits, which are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of receipt.
6.2 All funds deposited to 786up must belong to you and must be sourced from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from payment accounts registered to another person — are strictly prohibited.
6.3 786up does not accept deposits from credit cards or any form of borrowed credit. Deposits must be funded from your own financial resources.
6.4 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the 786up cashier page. 786up reserves the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice.

7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified account holders who have completed 786up's KYC process as described in Clause 5.
7.2 All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be approved. This requirement applies to the real-money balance only; bonus funds are subject to the separate wagering requirements described in Clause 8.
7.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. 786up reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative verified payment method where the original method is unavailable or unsuitable.

7.5 786up reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, including documentation relating to the source of funds where deposits or cumulative wagers exceed applicable thresholds.
7.6 Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The withdrawal destination must be a payment account registered in your own name, matching the identity on your verified KYC documents.
8.1 786up offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms.
8.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all 786up bonuses carry a wagering requirement. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
8.3 Bonus Abuse Policy. 786up operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. 9.1 All bets placed on 786up are subject to the applicable sport-specific betting rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the settlement of bets on that sport.
9.2 Cricket and PSL Betting. All cricket betting markets on 786up — including PSL fixtures, international Test, ODI, and T20I matches — are settled in accordance with 786up's cricket betting rules. Where a match is abandoned, interrupted, or the result is changed by the relevant governing body, 786up reserves the right to void affected markets and return stakes to player accounts.
9.3 786up reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds due to human error, technical fault, or data feed failure. Where such an error is identified, 786up will notify the affected player and return the stake to their account balance.
9.4 786up reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on any bet or combination of bets at its sole discretion. Where a player's winnings on a single bet or accumulator exceed the applicable maximum payout, only the maximum payout amount will be credited.
9.5 Bets placed on live in-play markets are accepted subject to connection quality and feed latency. 786up does not accept liability for bets placed after an event outcome has been determined where the platform has not yet updated to reflect the result.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 786up platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities:

12.1 786up provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 786up makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any content thereon.

14.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 786up reserves the right to retain all balances and winnings pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full.
14.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting 786up support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe, subject to the withdrawal conditions in Clause 7.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulatory standards applicable to the 786up operator's jurisdiction of licensing.
